Environmentally compatible plastic packaging
Symposium in Würzburg on June 23th and 24th
What does eco-friendly packaging actually mean?
Never before has plastic been as controversial as it is today, yet never before has more plastic been produced. Buzzwords such as sustainable and recyclable packaging, design for recycling, but also single-use and reusable systems, as well as “unpackaged” food markets are attracting attention. Solutions to the plastic disposal problem are being sought.
Well-known speakers from research and development, as well as from production and sales, will be speaking at the INNOFORM and SKZ symposium “Environmentally sound packaging” on June 23 and 24 in Würzburg in german language. Starting from modern materials to new recycling and circulation concepts, new and proven ideas will be discussed. Discuss with material experts, packaging producers, packers, brand owners and the trade the burning issue of the industry – sustainability in the environment of climate change.
You hear and read about circular economy all around – but how does it work? Patrick Zimmermann will give you insights into the topic of bioplastics as an environmentally friendly solution for packaging in his presentation: “Circular economy but natural – renewable raw materials as an essential part of a solution”.
