Producing toys with materials that conserve resources and are 100% recyclable
With the bioplastics from FKuR, you get exactly the high-quality toys that meet high demands and that children will enjoy for a long time. The dantoy toys are made from the bio-based bioplastic, I’m green™ Polyethylene. Unlike conventional polyethylene, green PE is not made from crude oil, but from sugar cane. In other words, our bioplastics combine sustainability with pioneering material properties that help reduce CO2 emissions. The bio-based polyethylene (Bio-PE) is suitable for extrusion, injection molding and blow molding and is 100% recyclable. The granules can be easily processed in the common plastics processing methods without adjustments and offer a limitless variety of designs and colors. Countless variations between hard and soft as well as matte and glossy are also possible for the surface design. An individually embossed surface provides a special haptic experience. With the bio-based Green PE, high material quality can be optimally combined with safety, sustainability and recyclability.
