- Tailor-made solutions: Our production facilities enable us to manufacture plastic compounds according to the exact formulations and specifications of our customers. With state-of-the-art equipment, we ensure a homogeneous and precise blend of your materials, meeting the highest quality standards. Production quantities range from small batches to several hundred tons. Naturally, all production is carried out under strict confidentiality.
- Small and large batch production: Whether you need small production quantities for prototypes or larger series runs, we offer flexible, customizable production solutions. For pilot and small series production, as well as further development, we have an extensive laboratory and pilot plant setup. Our machinery covers a wide throughput range from approximately 15 to 1000 kg/h, allowing for easy scale-up on technically comparable equipment.
- Processing of polyolefins & customized additives: We compound according to your formulation and desired properties, incorporating the necessary additives (e.g., antioxidants, plasticizers) and fillers required for the functionality of your product.
- Raw material and quality management: Through precise control of raw materials and comprehensive quality tests in our laboratory, we ensure that the final product meets the highest standards. Each batch is tested for its properties to ensure it meets your requirements.
- Packaging, Transport & Storage: We offer a versatile range of packaging materials – as standard, packaging is done in sacks or cartons, such as octabins on pallets. We are also happy to use packaging provided by you. With our partner carriers, we handle the shipping of finished products and organize the transport of the compounds to you or your customers. By arrangement, we can also provide temporary storage of raw materials and compounds in our warehouses.

What is compounding?
Compounding is a core area of plastics technology, alongside the production of polymer raw materials. Plastic compounding refers to the process of mixing various raw materials, primarily plastics, with different additives (such as fillers, colorants, plasticizers, stabilizers, reinforcing fibers, or other additives) to achieve the desired physical and chemical properties of the final product.
In this process, the plastic (usually in the form of granules or powder) is mixed with the additives in a specialized machine, often referred to as a compounding machine or extrusion system, to achieve a homogeneous mixture. This mixture is then further processed, for example, through injection molding, extrusion, or blow molding, to create the desired plastic parts or products.
