Paluren 500 LDPE is a recycled polyethylene obtained from used beverage cartons (PolyAl) using an innovative process. The low aluminum flake content gives products made from this material a distinctive, characteristic appearance. Paluren 500 LDPE can be processed in a similar way to conventional PE and is suitable for use in hot runner injection molding systems. In addition, this LDPE recyclate can be welded and glued. Applications are currently still limited to the non-food sector.
