Polypropylene compounds with a percentage of post-consumer or post-industrial recyclate

We utilize high-quality PP Regenerate as the raw material for our Macolen® rPP compounds. Our portfolio includes both high-quality custom compounds and standard formulations based on post-consumer recyclates. All grades share low odor and consistent high quality while meeting demanding requirements for technical properties. Thanks to the high quality of the recycled raw materials used, Macolen® rPP can meet the specific requirements of various extrusion and injection molding applications.

Custom recyclates – Properties tailored to your preferences

Our Macolen® compounds can be customized to meet the requirements of our customers. The following properties can be adjusted according to customer specifications:

How much recycled content are you looking for?

The standard formulations of our Macolen® compounds contain a recycled content ranging from 50% to 70%. Custom adjustments are also possible outside this range. With our PP recyclate compounds, we ensure consistency from batch to batch, providing you with the necessary confidence and reliable, consistent quality within the technical specifications defined by you.

How plastics can be efficiently recycled into high-quality materials

PPWR – What should we consider in the future?

The PPWR stipulates that as of 2030, all plastic packaging must contain a minimum percentage of post-consumer recyclates (PCR).
