An altenative to classic fossil PP in cosmetic jars
Ramaplast S.p.A. creates jar solutions for cosmetic packaging which guarantee food contact by replacing the classic PP of fossil origin. As a base material Ramaplast uses Terralene® PP 3509 – a novel combination of polypropylen and renewable raw materials. The jars made from Terralene® are characterized by a pleasent touch, elegant and without imperfections.
Sustainable bottle solutions for every request
Ramaplast’s bottle solutions are mainly focused on usability and aesthetic simplicity: all article lines are available in various versions, depending on the needs related to their closure. I’m green™ HDPE SGF 4950 is the ideal choice for Ramaplast to obtain a sustainable packaging product with this biobased bioplastic there are no performance compromises and the feel when touching it is pleasantly soft. Biobased HDPE has a high proportion of renewable raw materials and can be optimally used for the production of bottles in different capacities.
Flexibility and quality at the service of the environment
Ramaplast S.p.A. also creates and produces multilayer tubes using environmentally friendly material mixtures. According to the needs and requests they combine I’m green™ HDPE SGF 4950, I’m green™ LDPE STN 7006 and I’m green™ LLDPE SLH 118. STN7006 is a low density polyethylene (LDPE) which provides an excellent combination of mechanical and optical properties whereas SGF4950 provides a good balance between impact resistance and strength, combined with high stress crack resistance and good workability.
