Durable & lightweight
The design of the Oasus drinking bottle is well thought out and designed for a long service life. The water bottle has a large ergonomic opening, which makes quenching your thirst particularly convenient. Thanks to the large opening, the Oasus drinking bottle is easy to clean. The high-quality design makes for an extremely reusable bottle that is ideal for long-term use and is extremely lightweight. The Oasus drinking bottle is currently the lightest bottle on the market.Eurobottle’s bio-based Oasus water bottle, made of I’m green™ polyethylene, is sustainable, reusable and recyclable!
Sustainable
The OASUS drinking bottle is made from bio-based raw materials. The bottle, lid and drinking cap are made entirely from a type of I’m green™ polyethylene, a naturally BPA-free and 100% recyclable material. This means that the bottle can be recycled at the end of its life in the same way as bottles made from conventional polyethylene.
OASUS Bottle – the simply durable water bottle made from bio-based HDPE
Eurobottle has been selling water bottles for over 40 years. Traditionally, these water bottles are made of plastic from fossil raw materials and are mainly used for advertising purposes. In contrast, the OASUS bottle is made entirely from a bio-based HDPE material. This contributes to improved recyclability. All Green HDPE grades are based on sugar cane and have a bio-based carbon content of more than 90% (determined according to ASTM D 6866). The Green HDPE is not only extremely durable, but also ensures that the OASUS bottle is lightweight, food safe, dishwasher safe and available in different colors. The bio-based HDPE raw material is a direct drop-in solution that can replace its conventional fossil counterpart without the need to invest in new plastics processing machinery. The mechanical properties are comparable to those of conventional HDPE made from fossil raw materials. Four different molds are needed to produce the OASUS bottle, but only one raw material: one for the bottle, one for the drinking cap, one for the closure cap and one for the decorative band. With bioplastics, you can combine sustainability with forward-looking material properties that help to reduce CO2 emissions.

Case Study
Eurobottle B.V.
“We chose FKuR bioplastics because we want to help turn the tide and ensure that we create a more sustainable world for the next generation. By using bio-based raw materials, a significant reduction in CO2 emissions is achieved compared to conventional fossil-based raw materials.”
