Ceroflex® FB 3525 is a certified home-compatible bioplastic based on starch. The proportion of biobased carbon is more than 50%. Ceroflex® FB 3525 can be ideally processed on conventional blown film lines. In contrast to Bio-Flex® film types, Ceroflex® is characterized by faster biodegradation even at high film thicknesses. Due to its high water vapor permeability, Ceroflex® is not only suitable for the production of compostable fruit and vegetable bags, but also keeps the contained food fresh for longer.
