FKuR at K2019:
Sustainable reusable cups made from biobased plastics
Willich, September 2019 – Visitors to K2019 (October 16 to 23 in Dusseldorf) will be able to have a 350 ml reusable cup filled with freshly brewed coffee from FKuR at booth E48 in hall 6. Dom Polymer-Technik has used biobased plastics from FKuR’s extensive portfolio to fulfill different functional requirements.
FKuR at K2019:
New compounds extend the range of applications for biobased thermoplastics
Willich/Germany, September 2019 – FKuR will be showcasing its expanded portfolio of biobased thermoplastics for a growing range of applications including packaging, consumer products, sporting goods and technical parts at K2019 in stand E48 in hall 6 (October 16 – 23 in Dusseldorf).
Current additions to the portfolio include two glass-reinforced grades within the Bio-Flex® and Terralene® product family, both with high rigidity, and three Terraprene® TPE grades, one of which is characterized by its high bio-content, while the other two are oil-free.

Willich/Germany, September 2019 – At FachPack 2019 (24 to 26 September in Nuremberg), at booth 7-316 in hall 7, FKuR will present a wide range of possible uses for biobased plastics which all contribute ideally to the circular economy.

Willich/Germany, July 2019 – As of June 2019 Patrick Zimmermann became a member of FKuR Kunststoff GmbH’s Management Team with responsibility for sales, marketing and market development. With effect from 1st July 2019, two further appointments were made:
FKuR at CosmeticBusiness 2019: Cosmetic tubes from biobased polyethylene - saving resources, recyclable and promoting sales.
Willich/Germany, May 2019 -Cosmetic tubes made from Braskem‘s biobased Green PE combine sustainability and recyclability along with attractiveness at the point of sale so meeting the demands of brand owners and end consumers. FKuR, a leading producer and distributor of bioplastic granulates, will present successful applications at CosmeticBusiness 2019 in Munich on 5th and 6th June, in hall 3 booth E02.
FKuR: Heading for a circular economy and sustainability with biobased and biodegradable plastics
Willich/Germany, March 2019 - As part of the current discussions regarding the ecological sense and consequences of the use of plastics, biobased as well as biodegradable plastics are taking on an as yet unidentified special status. As a responsible manufacturer and marketer, FKuR confirms both product groups have a great potential to meet the demands of the current EU directives in addressing this issue.
